How much time do you spend on your computer on a regular basis? Do you think you spend too much time on the computer? Why or why not?

Yes lol.

Work: 8 hrs per day
Leisure: 2-4 hours per day.

Half of my days are spent on the computer right now lol.

Not counting how much time I spending looking at a computer screen at work, I'll probably be on the computer for at least 1-2 hours a day. On my days off, now that varies. It depends on how many chores I have to get done that day.

I think I might time myself each day then say how many hours

End of the day my PC doesn't get to turn on at 11 am and off after 11 pm. over 12 hours. Apart from when I have to go out and leave the house. Say good 6 to 8 hours a day

Depends on the day honestly, but my average tends to be 4-6 hours a day, even with work.

Some days up to 6 hours. You know....Youtube, foruming, and browsing random websites. Can be fun or can be a real bore.

Probably way too much especially if I count my work hours where I'm on my work laptop.

I try to give my eyes a break but thaf's not always possible

It depends on the day, if it's the weekend I'm usually on it for hours but weekdays I only log on in the evening, and for just one hour or two.

I'm surely spending more time on both my smartphone and PC/laptop. I spend more than 10 hours on them every day and I know that it's too.
