Tips for Insomnia!

If you have insomnia or irregular sleeping like I do, my therapist has recommend me to :

1. Read a book (paperback not e-readers).

2. Take sleeping pills or mood tranquilizers.

3. Do aroma therapy.

4. Listening to music, relaxing ones though.

5. Adjust your room temperature to cooler.

What about you? What works for you for insomnia or irregular sleeping for you personally?
 
I agree with these tips. It helps to not use any electronics 2 hours before bedtime.
 
I sometimes count in my mind until I get sleepy. Or, I am just being online here and there.
 
For Me I try to watch a movie or read a book. if it is not helping I take a cold bath and just relax to very cool music
 
I would read a book or listen to some relaxing music.
