Every has the freedom to land themselves in jail. :P

yeah, i know...

Ohio man exonerated after spending 27 years in prison for murder he didn't commit. The State will now pay 40k per year wrongfully imprisoned & all his legal fees.

lets calculate...

JUSTICE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY A GANG OF THIEVES...

"40,000 X 27 years = $1,080,000
24 hrs per day x 365 days per year = 8,760 hrs per year.
8,760 (Hours per year) X 27 years = 236,520 hours + 144 hours (6 extra days for leap years inside) = 236,664 hours inside
$1,080,000 (total payout) / 236,664 (total hours) = $4.56343170063888 per hour, let's be generous and round up $4.57 per hour
$4.57 per hour incarcerated is ridiculous for what this innocent man has gone through and the life he has had stolen from him"

I meant people who actually do bad things are free to land themselves in jail.

People who are wrongly convicted have been done wrong, and that's a shame. :(

Well, to be honest, what does freedom have to do with someone breaking the law and landing themselves in jail? Laws aren't unreasonable (most of 'em, anyway). You kill someone or steal stuff, you're gonna pay for it.

that's the thing, where's the freedom if every little thing is against the law? :|

and what about all of the wrongfully arrested, beaten, killed and convicted people?

Every little thing? Exaggerating much?

Yeah, that sucks, but it's inevitable. Mistakes happen.

i wish i were exaggerating it but the truth hurts... do you really know how many town/city, county, state, federal laws there are?

no, cops are intentionally doing it, like how they purposely break the law on a constant basis...

As much as I disagree with Justice on about everything we are being turned into criminals for just about anything we do in this country. And it is done on purpose so government can pick and choose the laws it wants to enforce when it has a agenda to pursue.
