Do you have too many things in your home?

Does it feel cluttered?

Or is there plenty of space?

I like a minimalist lifestyle, but I still have too much stuff I would love to get rid of.

Same. I've been slowly trying to clean things up, replace old broken things with new stuff that I actually use. I wish I had a slightly bigger place, but maybe sometime in the future I can clean up some more.

Yep, I just keep going through things and if it's something I haven't touched or made use of in a long time, I try to get rid of it, either by donating, selling or disposing of it. I need less clutter in my life, for sure.

Nope, definetly do not have too much stuff here. In fact when I moved a couple years I literally left half my stuff on the curb to be picked up by the garbage company. A couple years before that I did a massive purge as well. It feels like a weight is lifted when you get rid of stuff that just sits around being unused and collects dust.

my space is cluttered... but it's all useful stuff?

I'm hoping to get a slightly bigger space to make it easier soon.

No, I'm really anal about clutter because I'm OCD. I like seeing space in the house. As soon as things at home start to smother me, I want it out. Hell, I'll throw it out. Same with furniture I don't need or want. If I don't think I can sell furniture, I get rid of it when it starts to stack up.

Spoken like a true hoarder ....just kidding :p
:P well I've been going through and cleaning stuff out too... my grandfather though is a real hoarder.

Yes - although I am trying to fix that by getting rid of some stuff. For example, today I threw out some old toy cars that I no longer have any use for.

(I didn't get rid of *all* of them, though... I still have a sentimental attachment to some!)

Yes... I'm an absolute mess

It's a cluttered mess... It drives my grandmother crazy.

I authorize your grandmother to throw his shit away :p

That was my problem. I had a house full of crap and had memories attached to everything in there. Most of the stuff was from my moms house after she passed away so I literally grew up with all the stuff I had crammed into my house. Eventually I came to the realization that the memories will live on in my brain and I don't need the physical item. I did take pictures of some things I was attached to so I could at least look at the pictures one day (...and I still never went back and looked at those pictures yet. Lol). I am much more happier without all the clutter thats for sure.

Yeah, it's not too much fun living in a stuffed warehouse. :)

I still have 35mm pics of Mom's house before we went in and loaded a few dumpsters with that I have not gone through & scanned; that's the loose plan. I've never seen any pics worse; except she did not keep any animals in the house, thank goodness.

Thats for sure. My partner helped me see the light, kept calling my house a thrift store and asking me if I really need all this crap. One day (just to dip a toe) I decided to purge a closet full of stuff (that was packed floor to ceiling with stuff that had been sitting in there for a couple years untouched). Felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders getting rid of all that and having a useable closet once again, after that I decided purging stuff all over the house and it was great. I had space, my house felt organized and clean. Felt more comfortable having company over to the house. Etc. I didn't realize how depressing it was to be surrounded by so much clutter and crap until I got rid of it.

Oh gosh yes too much stuff. I collect too much stuff. Room and house are super cluttered!
