The town where I live, it's perfectly legal to walk around nude. This goes for both men and women. Go figure, it is NOT legal, however, to undress in public

Just THINK of the damage this could cause, allowing women to go topless in streets. Yes, I know you'd all love to see pornography without even having to turn on the computer, but you have to consider the cons. Yes, there are cons.



1. There would be so many more car accidents. If women were always topless, it wouldn't be uncommon for men to pay more attention to breasts than the road in front of them, causing car crashes, pileups, and deaths.



2. There would be so many more divorces. What many women don't understand about men is the male instinct. Let's face it, we are pigs. If we see a woman topless in the streets, we will no doubt stare or say something provocative, even with our wives in the car! This will cause many men to be divorced and so many more relationships crushed because of something stupid. Yes, even you could be caught in this situation.



Bottom line: While it would be nice, the government will not allow it. There is just too much damage to be done. If men all over the world could somehow miraculously control themselves, it may be a possibility, but of course, that isn't going to happen either.

I doubt it, if it were a normal and socially accepted thing, men would surely get to see all the breasts they could ever want to see all day everyday. They wouldn't wreck their cars to see something that they will see when they get to their destination anyways.

By that logic we should outlaw men walking around with no shirts on because gay guys and woman would wreck their cars when they see a man with no shirt on.

Doubt that too. Men look at other woman just as much even with shirts on. If a woman divorces her husband simply because he looked at another woman, than she has insecurity issues and needs therapy.
