Are transgendered (people who had a sex change operation) REALLY male or female?



For example, is a guy allowed to call him self a woman just because he had his thingy sliced open and shoved up in side him? I'd say he is just a man with a mutilated organ.

Transgender is the state of one's gender identity (self-identification as woman, man, or neither) not matching one's assigned sex (identification by others as male or female based on physical/genetic sex). Who am I to judge these people? I say whatever makes them happy then so be it.
