Well since you say it with your own eyes, was it possible that it is three government financed planes up there?

They seem to be moving in formation, perfectly. Couldn't possibly be fighters. It could be some kind of cloaking device, which can hide the object, but why only have the lights? It's strange as to WHY a government aircraft would be around civilian living. There is only one explanation I can think of at the moment.
