I think the person who made that tweet has a problem comprehending words when they are formed in a complete sentence. They are declassified papers.
No, they're not. Yes, the President is what is known as the "Originating Classification Authority" but even the president can't just wave his hand over a classified document or speak about it and presto, its' declassified. It doesn't work like that.
But that's not even the worst, Serafin; as much classified info as Trump saw, how many times do you think he might've passed info along in a sort of "quid pro quo" kind of way, hmmm?
