Trust issues

I trust no one, not even myself. Seems to have gone fine so far.
I do not trust people because I do not think the majority know themselves well enough.
The times I was hurt in a relationship, I felt I trusted them and the words they spoke. Their feelings. Feelings change as people do. That's a part of life. But for me, I know me. I know my heart. I know to trust my feelings and when I convey them it is even more an affirmation. I trust me because I know myself. That is not true for the majority and so I'm cautious of others.

I don't often trust anyone I meet at work. Because most of them try to throw me under the bus or they eventually complain about me. Like that's going to help their career. I've been working at my job for 17 years and I've seen a lot of people come and go.
I don't trust people that shows you how clean and neat they are in papers.
I also don't trust in people that don't curse. On the knowing yourself/others is a very deep matter and i'd say no one knows themselves and no matter how hard you try, as a human being you'll always end up escaping somewhere within your comfort zone.
