Tuna Melt Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Serves 2

1 5-ounce can tuna, drained
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 slices toasted bread
4 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

In a small bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise and green onion. Set aside.
Spread butter on each slice of bread and place them on a plate, butter side
down. Divide Cheddar slices equally between 2 of the bread slices. Top those
slices with an even layer of the tuna mixture, and then with shredded
Cheddar. Top sandwiches with the remaining slices of bread, butter side up.
Bake sandwiches at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes.

Mmm that sounds good! Thank you for sharing. I had a tuna sammich today, but not a fancy one like that.
