Two Charged

[font=lucida sans unicode,lucida grande,sans-serif]The child has since died and the search is going on to identify those that walked by her without trying to help her.

I read about this an I was mortified! That poor child was run over not once but twice. I can't believe NO ONE walking by tried to help. Shame on them and may this poor child RIP.
