When you go round the whole class/room and everybody has to introduce themselves and say something interesting about themselves.

Then for the next few agonizing minutes I sweat and go through in my head what the heck I'm gonna say.

Then it's all over and nobody actually remembers a single thing.

I agree. Standing up and giving speeches has never been my strongest attribute with people.

I hate that! They make us do that at certain meetings or training's we get sent to sometimes.
