A Georgia man was arrested for indecent exposure after he was caught running around in nothing but a turban and high heels.

Deputies in Richmond County, Ga., confronted Jermaine Lloyd, 28, Sunday morning. He was hiding behind a tree. At the time, he was trying to put on a pair of pink women's panties.

He ran from the scene but was apprehended a short time later, the Associated Press reported.

During his failed flee attempt, Lloyd dropped a purple Crown Royal bag that contained cocaine and marijuana. Though he was only wearing the aforementioned high heels and turban, he was also carrying a pair of sweatpants, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

This is not the first time Lloyd has been arrested this past week, but it is the first time without clothes.

On Nov. 13, deputies pulled him over after the jumped a curb at a shopping center. When the officers told him he was under arrest for DUI, he ran away and escaped arrest.

Investigators reportedly found cocaine and marijuana while preparing the vehicle for towing, SavannahNow.com reported.

Between both incidents, Lloyd has been charged with public indecency, two counts of obstruction of a law enforcement officer, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, two counts of possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, and failure to maintain lane.

He is being held in the Richmond County jail on $12,640 bond.

Weird

Definitely has some mental issues and glad they finally caught him.

 He must have been really fucked up! I'm glad they got him off the streets before he really hurt himself or anyone else.
