what was the creepiest, most unexplained thing that ever happened to you?

another none! everything creepy that's ever happened to me had a perfectly logical explanation and the creep who did it easily identified.

When my Dad passed away, the one piece of furniture I took was an old rocking chair. He told me he used to rock me in that chair when I was a baby. Then he said when I was sick, he would sit in the rocking chair (which was in my room) and watch me sleep.

When I moved into my home, I put the rocking chair in my bedroom. One time I was so sick that I had to stay in bed for days. I only got up to use the restroom and drink fluids. Then one night, I heard a creaking sound. I turned on the lamp which was on my bedside table and the rocking chair was moving back and forth. The door to my room was closed as were the windows so it couldn't have been a 'draft' or a 'breeze' moving the chair.

Do you think it was him?

I had gotten so used to interactions with 'otherworldly' entities where we used to live, that now that we live where things are far less interesting that way... I kind of miss it.

The "shelter" I worked at for ten years had a "night shift" that ranged from a residual type sighting, to some mischievous type entities, to one that showed up now and again that had a slightly evil edge to it and could make the unwary or overly sensitive physically ill.

The house we lived in had more residual traces of energy of a much more personal nature that made it difficult for me to stay there.

And there were other places in town with their own collection of presences. Which, given that Dover is something over 300 years old, isn't surprising.

i've sensed plenty of corporeal entities in lots of different places but i've never been creeped out by it. maybe i'm blessed to be well protected by powerful good spirits, because all of my experiences have filled me with wonder, awe and joy, especially the time i sensed all the spirits gathered around the the biggest downtown hot springs pool watching over us while we splashed around in the hot spring.

You mean... "non-corporeal"....?

And having a 'good spirit' watching your back is a blessing indeed.

There is no doubt in my mind it was my dad.

yes i did, didn't i?

it's a blessing and a curse to have god's big toe pointed square at your ass crack.
the borscht belt comic, myron cohen, used to say, 'so nu, god? vy don't you choose somebody else for a change?'

my reading of the book of job tells me that god and the devil aren't enemies so much as team captains who conspire to put us through all sorts of trials and tribulations so they can tell whose team you want to play on.

i've had numerous telepathic impressions from dead friends and relatives, even a few celebrities, including john lennon and john kennedy. have you ever experienced anything like that?
