^ Unless they have it in fine print and say something when you sign the plan or something. But to be honest it is false advertising. I know here an advert can be banned for false advertising.
 
They tried to advertise something as unlimited here too. 3 months of unlimited minutes, text messages and data. All the companies got bagged by the Norwegian Consumer Ombudsman for false advertising. Shouldn't the American equivalent (the FCC) do the same thing with these companies? Or does the companies got so much power the FCC can't do anything?



After NCO had complained the operators here stated in clear print on the front page the limits of their unlimited plans at 20,000 minutes, 20,000 texts and 20GB data or something, at least for my operator.
