US Tanker Bursts Into Flames On Crash Landing

Three people have escaped with minor injuries after a Californian military plane carrying several thousand kilos of fuel burst into flames during takeoff.



The Boeing 707 tanker plane, which had 71,000kg of jet fuel on board, crashed shortly after leaving the runway at Point Mugu Naval Base, in Ventura County.
