I think they're hard too!

Good thing most Chinese / Japanese restaurants carry silverware. :P

I use them when I remember to grab them at the Chinese joints. I live in a rural town of about 700 people so we don't have a take out place anywhere around here. All we have is Casey's which is a popular Midwest gas station that sells homemade pizza, subs and such - good stuff though!

My wife and I love Casey's. :D

I think that chopsticks are hard as well. They're way too difficult for me to eat with. I'll stick to regular silverware.

gas station pizza? :green:

I know what you mean about gas station pizzas. Trust me. These Midwest gas station pizzas are different. They taste so good. I know all about California gas station pizzas. I haven't tasted those in years since I move away from there. :readytoeat:

I tried to eat with chopsticks more than once at Chinese restaurants and got so frustrated trying to eat food that I didn't like, but was asked to try anyway.

I voted for expert but in truth I am in the middle of Okay and Expert. I only started eating Sushi about a year ago and could not use them, Now I use them at Yo Sushi and when we have a Chinese takeaway. I love using chopsticks. A work colleague came back from Hong Kong earlier in the year and bought all in the office a pair of chopsticks :D

I enjoy eating food with chopsticks and have no problem, with the exceptional grains of rice which refuse to cooperate. Otherwise, I do quite well.
