Using Magnets To Clean Up Oil Spills

Until we no longer have to rely on oil, we will still have to pump it and ship it around the world, and drilling and shipping inevitably means spills. But Fermilab might have a solution.

Interesting concept indeed. I'd like to see if it works in a more realistic scenario though.

This. If it produces good results, this might just be the way to go next time (and there will be a next time) there's another oil spill.
