If Vampires suck peoples blood all day, do they get AIDs? If so do they die from it?

i remember a tv series over here years ago..........vampires with a plan to rule the world..........they were immune to infected blood but it didnt taste nice to them

I've never seen or heard of a Vampire becoming infected by a human disease. Now a Human already being infected by it would be cured of it if they became a Vampire themselves.
