Is vaping or smoking healthier? I've heard of the health benefits of vaping, but not sure if it's true. I have never vaped or smoked in my life ever. How about you? What do you think is the healthiest personally between these 2?

I'm pretty sure you're confused. There's no health benefits to vaping, it's just a "healthier" alternative to smoking.

As Grungie mentioned, I think it's just a healthier alternative to smoking cigarettes. It is interesting to smell them when someone that is vaping walks past you.

I don't vape or smoke though.

There are no benefits as both are bad for your health.

They pushed it to the 20th of June. Doctor is out with Covid.
Dayum! Well, at least it will get done this month. Around here, the wait would be 6 months or more. We have a shortage of doctors.

I asked them if they could get me seen sooner and they explained that they have nurse practitioners but those people can't get me a referral to where I need to go. I did call the sleep study center and they pointed me towards this clinic because I told them I didn't want to leap frog doctors in order to get a referral. Someone mentioned that they might try to remove my tonsils instead of giving me a machine. I think I'd rather have surgery if that means not having to go to bed with one.

Me too. Not sure I could sleep hooked up to some loud machine. lol
I've been looking up tonsillectomy for sleep apnea. The pain after surgery seems agonizing. Throat pain and the nerves from the tonsil area giving you ear aches from hell. ?

I had mine removed when is was 15 and while it was painful, it was not agonizing pain. I never had ear aches either.

That puts me at ease hearing that. I suppose I'll have to see what the specialist wants to do. Everyone in my life is suggesting those 2 options. I guess we'll see.

Good luck with whatever is suggested you do :)

Either way, I think they are not good for our health or even for those who are second-hand smokers. It should be stopped if it is possible. The local governments around the globe cannot afford to close down tobacco factories.
