Vaping vs Smoking?

Is vaping or smoking healthier? I've heard of the health benefits of vaping, but not sure if it's true. I have never vaped or smoked in my life ever. How about you? What do you think is the healthiest personally between these 2?

I gave up smoking some 30 odd years ago.

wasn't any such thing as vaping then and I wouldn't think to start now.
