Video game that requires physical movement

Somewhat. I never used my Kinect much at all.

I've played Wii Sports before, so yep! I have a Kinnect now too, and I'm hoping to get Sonic Free Riders for Christmas this year. The Kinnect allows you to use your body as a controller, you just have to be in range of the Kinnect camera. I also have PS VR and played Beat Saber before and that requires movement too. They're a great way to workout!
