Vision board

Have any of you heard of or done a Vision Board before? Some people call it by other names. Did it help you?
There are different ways to make one. There’s no rules. It’s not about being perfect. It is about adapting it for YOUR own life & needs.
Post quotes, pictures that inspire, uplift you. Some of us used to cut them out of magazines. There’s no time limit. It’s a continuous journey.
For those who are on their computers & phones often, you can create a virtual one that you can refer back to as needed.
