Do you take vitamins daily?
What do you think the most important vitamin is?
Is it dangerous to have too many vitamins?
Have you ever had vitamin deficiency?
Do you worry about not getting enough vitamins?

They're in my food, so yes, I take vitamins daily :P
Not in the way you meant though. I don't think I've ever had a deficiency, so I'm not too worried either.

^ I take a Men's multi-vitamin every morning when I wake up just in case I don't get all the nutrients from the food I decide to eat that day. Not sure if they are really helping me or not, but its a routine I have.

I just take a calcium vitamin every day. I'm not a huge fan of milk so I figured it can't hurt.

Same here. I have calcium and zinc in their own capsules.

There are several I make sure I get on schedule, and if I miss a dose or two I can tell the difference.

I've had four or five different MDs tell me I should take a regular aspirin every day, so I do that.

And I've had a Chiropractor and two 'bone docs' tell me to take glucosamine and chondroitin every day, and my knee reminds me to do that.

I take a B complex every other day. And if I miss more than one, I can tell the difference in energy levels.

And with that regimen I have Co-Qu10 which a cardiologist suggested, and as I hate to have to go see a cardiologist I think taking the aspirin and the co-q stuff, and a fish oil now and again is a small price to pay to avoid having to go see a cardiologist who will make me get on a treadmill now and again just for something to do, knowing damned good and well my knee will give out before my heart does and then I'll have to go see the damned bone doc who will want to get out this massive dull needle and shoot burning crap into my knee because the cardiologist made me walk on a treadmill when he knew the only thing it would prove is that I am lousy at walking on treadmills when they wouldn't let me bring a half gallon of Wild Turkey with me. (now aren't you glad you read all that?)
