I used to do this but stopped after ot caused me problems in sleeping properly.

I watch a little TV before bed, and usually turn it off before I roll over and try to sleep. Sometimes I fall asleep with it on though. When I was a kid I had to have it on, but I've since gotten over that.

Nothing wrong with a little nana nap while holding a coffee and watching TV

This is actually one of the ways I get to force my sleep to come at night. I would keep watching TV until my eyes are too weak to open. I usually sleep off with the TV on most of the time.

Do you ever sleep on and off while watching tv during your evenings and on weekends?

There are a couple of times that I've had that experience. So, nowadays, I don't try watching TV at night when I am supposed to be resting. Once I am tired from my daily activities, I would rather rest than sleep while I am watching TV.
