My friend wants to start a website for her business. Can anyone tell me the best site she should look for a domain name?

I found this one but not sure if it's a good one. Obviously, I know nothing about this stuff.

I have four sites registered with and hosted by http://HostMySite.com

Their prices are reasonable, their customer service good. I've been with them for about ten years and have no major complaints. And when we've had a problem, it has been resolved either with a phone call or through an online chat within a reasonable amount of time.

And with them, if you buy a domain name, you own the domain name. With some, if you 'buy' a name, THEY buy and own the name, and you are actually 'renting' it from them.

Also, my own layout, HTML code, for my two sites. My wife uses a WYSIWYG editor on an HTML base that I laid out for her for her two business sites (one with a shopping cart and credit card processing), and neither of us have any gripes.

HostMySite also have professional layout and editing available.
