What are some of the dumbest ways you've died?

Apart from simply pressing the wrong keys, what were the stupidest ways/stories that you can remember dying? This can be any video game. In Fortnite, one of the silliest and stupidest methods I can recall my death, was achieved by a crash. After creating some height, I decided to jump-though I forgot that Epic removed Gliders with their most latest chapter update. I landed myself in the Top 10 too!

It wasn't me who died, but my brother. We were playing Minecraft and I accidentally killed him by putting down a water bucket which pushed him into lava. In my defense, I didn't know where he was.
