How can you tell if someone likes you or not?

I can often tell from my past experience when some women are interested because of how they behave towards me and asking if I want to hang out with them. I don't always "assume" that they're attracted to me until I get to know them more. Sometimes they just want to be friends and sometimes they want more than that.

Some girls in the past that I have talked to have just straight up asked me out or came to visit me at work or asked me for my number. Back in high school some girls that I was friends with would hug me or hold my hand and decide that they wanted more than just friends. There's been a time or two where I made a move and they completely backed off, my mistake. It happens.

But just because someone talks to you or wants to hang out doesn't mean they want to jump in bed, date, or get into a relationship.
