My therapist has said to start off my day with positivity and gratitude and thankfulness. What I am thankful/grateful for today?
1. I'm grateful that I've had 12-13 hours of sleep last night, that I've been sleeping great lately.
2. I'm grateful that I have health insurance and disability.
3. I'm thankful that I have a live-in caretaker for free.
4. I'm grateful that I have my own place to call home.
5. I'm thankful that I have food in my stomach, for my breakfast today.
6. I have gratitude for having clothes on my back today.
7. I'm thankful that I can move around feeling, and that I have a relatively thin body, that I have good health and stable mental health currently thanks to my meds and free therapies.
