What do you do if you feel tired?

Whenever I get tired, I usually fall asleep. This also depends on how tired I am, actually. If I am not so much tired, then I do not fall asleep. I rather lie down on my bed and watch videos.

Depends on what kind of tired, you know? If it's just regular sleepy tired, I'll try to power nap for like 20-30 minutes - any longer and I wake up feeling worse. Coffee obviously, but sometimes I'm already too caffeinated and that just makes me jittery-tired which is the worst.

If it's that deep exhausted feeling, I usually just give in and go to bed early instead of fighting it. I used to try to push through but learned that just makes everything harder the next day. Sometimes a hot shower or quick walk outside helps reset my energy, or I'll put on something mindless on Netflix and just zone out for a bit.

The tricky one is when I'm mentally drained but not physically tired - that's when I end up scrolling my phone for hours which doesn't actually help at all lol. Still working on better solutions for that one. Usually means I need to step away from whatever's been stressing me out and do something completely different, even if it's just organizing a drawer or something random.
