Ordered my last mattress online, never doing that again. Most of them have pretty great trial periods, but it’s such an aggravation to deal with potentially returning it.

Yeah, I can see that being a huge hassle, at least in person you have a good idea what you're getting then and there.

I reckon to do online shopping. However, sometimes pictures of these items can be deceiving. So I tend to buy offline lately.

I just can't send someone to buy my studio equipment for me. I can't even buy it online. I would have to go to an offline shop, even if it means going to another country, get to the shop and buy.

Food, for sure. I still walk in to buy fast food. I don’t mind mobile orders or the self‑ordering kiosks; I just like actually seeing the place where my food’s being made and the people working there. Idk why, but it just feels better to me.

I make clothes. And I won't sit down and order fabric that I intend to use to make clothes for a client. I go to the fabrics shop, feel the texture and quality of the fabric, before I pay for it and take it. It is quality control for me.
