What is your signature dish?

No one around me has ever attempted the date and walnut cake which I consider as my signature dish

Every Christmas I bake this cake and get praises from all who get to taste it.

How often do you make it and who are the privileged lot that get to taste it?

Sadly, my family won't eat it because it's a dish full of calories. But sometimes i do it for my GF.

I am an amateur cook, so I cannot have a signature dish. I hope I can do that in the future. For now, I just need to learn how to cook new dishes at home.
