Most comments on YouTube come from either underage kids or adults with an underage kid's mentality who see nothing more than a pair of boobs when they look at a human female.
And since they have the luxury of hiding behind the safety of their monitors from being slapped across the face, a luxury they don't have in face-to-face interaction, they don't feel the need to mind their manners, so comments like that can be expected.
