Samaritans is a volunteer-based charity providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress or at risk of suicide. Nearly half of all callers to Samaritans are male, but getting male callers to open up and discuss what's troubling them has proven to be a surprisingly difficult challenge. Listen to two volunteers who man the phone lines discuss how they meet this challenge.

No. I just think suicide is a horrible thing. I feel bad whoever is motivated to do it.
