I voted for plot/storyline. Without a good plot/storyline the rest of the choices are a mute point.

The plot, but it has to be combined with compelling audio and visuals.

A story can only be as good as the way it's told.

I chose the plot/story line, but it all depends... You can have a good story, but without the proper actors/actresses it won't be as effective. Also, romance and the character's emotions go a long way as well. You need all of those choices to make a good movie.

The plot of course goes a very long way in making a movie what it is, so I vote that.

However I have to say that I get attached to movies because of the characters above everything else. The plot could be interesting but if the characters aren't likable I don't feel any kind of attachment. When I watch movies I like to feel attached, like I am right there with the characters for whatever during the course of the movie.

I wish I could pick multiple. Different movies are good for different reasons. Avatar is fantastic for its' special effects for example. It has a storyline very similar to other movies I have seen. Then there are many movies like the Shawshank Redemption which have an amazing storyline, but also great actors to compliment the storyline.

Certain movies are good for different reasons!

Plot and storyline are key. And so is having good actors/actresses as well.

I find if the actors are good enough the movie can be amazing. We did this thing once in class and we all had the same script but we had to do it our way.. Like make it how we wanted. Anyways, I found that the way people act and if people can relate to them or feel how they are feeling, it can make a good movie into a bad one.. Just saying

I can't vote because I believe it's a good blend of all of those elements which make a good movie; and I mean a good movie, not just an entertaining movie.
