You may or may not have a lot to be thankful for in life at any given time, but that's not really the point.
For you, gratitude is a practice... not an evaluation. You can always find someone and something to be grateful for.

Life is about what you have and how others have helped you. You never let a good deed or good moment go unnoticed.
You are resilient because you count your blessings. You trust that you can get through anything.

If you feel worried or anxious, you just get more into the world around you. There is always something to savor.

Like everyone else, you can lose control of a situation when things get stressful. But then you remember to breathe.
You are resilient because you know how to calm yourself down. If you relax and pay attention, you can get through anything.

Well, I know how to calm myself down NOW, but a few years ago I was having panic attacks on a daily basis. xD Fuck getting into the world around me. That part is wrong.
