Okay, so today I decided I'd try something new and buy a random vegetable and then find a recipe for it later.
Anyway. So I thought a Bittermelon would be interesting enough. I've never tried it, I wouldn't have a clue what I'm doing with it. But it could be cool.

I was wondering if anyone had any good recipes for them?

I've had a bit of a search around. But all it got me was a Bittermelon chips recipe: http://indianfood.about.com/od/vegetarianrecipes/r/karelachips.htm
Which, I will try. But anything else'd be great.

Here's one I found:

Another one for Stir Fried: http://www.thaitable.com/thai/recipe/stir-fried-bitter-melon

It'd going to be *something* for dinner tonight. :) Not sure, what.
Mr.Nobody, I'm pretty sure it'd take QUITE a large and undiluted dosage for it.

The stir-fry sounds nice. Though. :)
