Which was your first (now known as) retro system back in the day? Did you end up keeping it until now, or did you swap it out for something else?

I was so young back then only like 5 but I do remember it being SNES (Super Nintendo Entertain System) back in the 2000s around those times, They still make amazing systems today if you wanna escape all the modern day games.

Sega Master System II was my first, very closely followed by a NES (Nintendo Entertainment System).

My brother and I got them as Christmas presents in the same year from our divorced parents. I think my Dad still has the NES somewhere which was later passed on to our younger brothers, and it's still in working order.. I'm pretty sure the Sega Master System II was given away to our cousin though.

I hate my first systems being considered retro >_<

But first one my family got was NES, first one I was given was N64, first one I bought was PlayStation 3.
