What's broken in your house that you just put up with?

there's a big chunk out of the side of my toilet tank the landlord refuses to fix because it doesn't affect the toilet's function.

The washer. There is something wrong with it, it will (at random times) stop during it's cycle. I don't tend to check it regularly and when I do check, it's with the expectations of taking the wet clothes outta the washer to put in the drying. Throws me off cause sometimes the washer only filled and never washed, sometimes it washed and never spun them out... you can't tell what it's done and it's frustrating when I have 3 or 4 more loads waiting to wash. My dad claims it still washes the clothes, so no need to buy another one and we had a guy out to fix it and he claims he fixed it and charged us money. :/

ive got a blown light bulb.........cba to change it since its one of three and the other two are working lol

The tile in my kitchen has come up. There's a little tile that's now just completely gone. I'd probably do something about it if I hurt myself, but I haven't yet and it doesn't bother me all that much.

My kitchen faucet is leaking from underneath and I have a bucket under there to catch the drops. I suppose I should get around to fixing it or calling the landlord to come fix it.
