When it comes to buy tech gadgets, I don't like buying China brands because most of them are not durable. For example, Chinese smartphone are not that good, it's why I don't use it.

What's the best places you buy durable and affordable tech gadgets?

I buy plenty of electronics from AliExpress. Durable probably isn't the correct word to use for anything on it, but it's definitely affordable.

I totally get being cautious about build quality - nobody wants to buy something that's gonna break in six months, you know?

For reliable stuff that won't break the bank, I usually hit up a few different places depending on what I'm looking for:

Best Buy is solid for mid-range electronics, especially when they have sales. Their open-box deals can be pretty good too - returned items that are basically new but discounted.

Amazon obviously has everything, but I stick to well-known brands and always read the reviews carefully. Their return policy is pretty forgiving if something does turn out to be junk.

Costco is actually amazing for electronics if you have a membership. Their return policy is insane (like, almost too generous), and they often bundle warranties. Great for laptops, phones, TVs.

Refurbished directly from manufacturers - like Apple's refurb store, or Dell Outlet. You get the same warranty as new stuff but for way less money.

For brands, I usually go with the usual suspects: Samsung, Apple, Dell, HP, Sony, etc. Yeah, they cost more upfront than off-brand stuff, but they tend to last longer in my experience.
