The customer service is there to attend any kind of compliants customers might have in regards to the products purchased from the company. They are supposed to treat all customers politely no matter their outburst but that's not always the reality.

Have you had any bad experience with customer service representative?
 
Does a representative over the phone count? I was trying to reach a supervisor about my case. The woman I talked to asked me rudely what I wanted. I kept cool, explained my situation, then she said and I quote: "You mf-ing people always want to talk to a mf-ing supervisor." Afterwards she hung up on me. I found it amusing more than shocking.
 
Hmm, nothing comes to mind. Usually my customer service encounters have been positive.
 
I've certainly had a few less than perfect experiences

one time, I was looking for a country and western cd and asked the girl at the checkout, do you have this cd?

without looking up, she said no, we fucking don't have it. I said, but you've not even looked for it. she got up and walked away

later, when I was about to exit the shop, I saw the cd I wanted. I went to the girl and said what's this then?

she looked and went.. well, I didn't see that, but I can't let you have it because people have seen me say we don't have it

so, I had to buy it from another shop. not impressed
 
My worst was with a local delivery company. When I called and asked (very politely) about a discrepancy in my bill I was told my account was cancelled. Still makes my blood boil thinking about it
 
I've never had issues with customer service, however I've had some nasty customers as someone who used to work in retail. I would always have this really hateful old Irish guy look for a certain brand of eggs and ever time we didn't have them, he'd throw a fit! One time I went in the cooler to double check and make sure we didn't have the eggs, I came back out of the cooler and noticed that the guy had walked off. I thought he left so I went back to stocking the shelves, but then he came back and accused me of ignoring him. I told him "No sir you walked out of the department and I even tried looking for you." He shut up after that and left.

Fidelity recently screwed up my Internet package. I wanted to upgrade from 100 megs to 300 megs. Later in the evening, I noticed my Internet was slow as fuck. So I called Fidelity o see what was wrong. Come to find out, the idiot put my Internet on 50 megs instead of 300 and they can't adjust it until Monday. So I'll be filing a formal complaint this Monday to management.

Same. I can't really think of any incidents where I had terrible customer service. Nothing that stands out, anyway.
