What's your shoe size?

9.5, UK size. Pretty happy with it actually because it's not extremely large and it doesn't seem to be that common which means usually shoes arent out of stock for this size.

Wide shoes are the best, even if you don't have wide feet.
I used to go for wides. I always liked having a little more room then I needed. But since I developed a heel spur couple years back I've gone with shoes that fit better. I used to usually get 7's but go with 6 1/2 since they feel more supportive. That or ones with arch fit. Since then the spur actually went away.

I hate my foot size. Shoes usually don't carry my size so I have to buy them online. Back in the day (before internet shopping was a thing) I'd have to go from store to store searching for shoes.

I never had a heel spur, is it real painful?

I think you're around a UK 12 or 13 if you're a US 14. I don't think it's too bad to get that size over here although I only really checked Nike and JD Sports. Although, you definitely won't have as much choice which I'm sure is quite annoying
