When life knocks you down with bad/depressing news, what's the best way to pick yourself back up again?

As bad or depressing as the news may be, it's an opportunity to learn from it, increase your resolve to embrace the good things in life, and declare victory over it.

It takes effort and determination to overcome negative things. But life is worth that effort if you stay focused on what has value for you, and the people you care about it.

Well said @Jazzy.

By the way the end of the semester is one of the things that knocks me down. I have plans for July and the end of the year, now that recently I was able to contact some people from my past era.

I'm so happy to read that you have contacted some people from the past. Also wonderful to hear that you have plans! :happydance:

I'm still trying to figure this one out. I keep getting knocked down left and right.

For me. Take my anxiety medicine and sleep a lot. It helps me cope to run away for a bit if I can.
