when should she tell them i quitting?

my girlfriend has got a better job offer and it will start next Monday.but she has not yet presented her resignment. should she tell her current employer she is quitting? she has only been working there for 2 weeks and 2 days now and she does not even really want to go in anymore... but she wants to do the responsible thing



edit:i'm afraid if she tell them tomorrow they will treat her differently

The norm is to give a two weeks notice. Since she hasn't done that, I would tell them at quitting time on my last day. That way she gets the full day pay.
