When was the last time you've felt under the weather?

Today I've got hit with sneezes and a cough forming. I think I will be heading to bed early tonight just to try and give my immune system a boost. I haven't been sick like this since late 2019. I hope it doesn't get worse.

Recently not so much, ever since Covid I have been taking all my vitamins properly and staying clear of any junk food and just keeping my immune system as strong as it can be.

I had the stomach flu some weeks ago. Was feeling really miserable.
