I know right, I know they make 5000 of them a day but my special request is of the highest priority!
From a business owners standpoint, they would want to get it right the first time because of you complain and they have to make it again, they are losing money making the same order twice and only charging the customer for one meal.
Do you mean like fast food? I'm trying really hard to avoid that stuff.But I do like milkshakes and those are usually correct.
Anywhere, it happens to me in nice restaurants too.
I'm the type who won't complain, though. For some reason, probably due to my upbringing, I feel it would be rude of me to complain about something so insignificant when there are much bigger issues to worry about, so I'd still take it and be grateful for it.
I’m that way sometimes, like if I can pick off whatever I didn’t want and the food still tastes fine, then it’s okay …but if I can’t then I won’t hesitate to send it back. Either give me what I ordered/paid for or give me a refund.
