Not sure I've ever had this happen to me - but, it depends on the scale of the problem. If it's something I really don't like (so I won't be able to enjoy my meal if it's present), then I'll have it changed - but if it's only a small issue, then I'll just eat it.
I like any toppings honestly, and usually enjoy a fully loaded burger or whatever! hehe
