When your staff makes things worse?

Have you ever went through a situation where your staff made things worse on your site? What did they do? What did you do? Did you recover?

Never happened on my site, but I’ve seen a few places where moderators were either on power trips, or ran people off just because they didn’t like the user(s).

It's happened to me a few times on different sites, absolutely. Usually staff antagonizing members in a tense situation.

I have to say, when I pick moderators for my sites, I pick the best. I've never had any problems with them and I love them all
