Depends on how long I'm sick. If it's for more than 3 days, then I'll go to the doctor to get checked out.

Depends on how bad I get sick, there was a few times I was glad I went and others I know I just needed to stay home.

Depends on how bad, Most cases I just rest and sleep and have my eyes closed and take pills to ease of the pain
Hours later I'm all better again, well days later.

I'm rarely sick! The worst time I was sick (besides being diagnosed with cancer) was when I had a bad cough for over 2 months. Coughs usually last 21 days on average anyway so I decided to just ride it out since it wasn't getting worse...it was just not getting better. I didn't go to the doctor for it and when I think back on the timeline, the reason I couldn't get better was because my body was busy trying to fight the cancer that was within me so it had no energy left to fight the cough.

Normally I don't go to doctors for small sicknesses because I bounce back quickly anyway.

I'll go to the doctor if it is something that doesn't get better in a few days. In case it is something serious it is much better and easier to treat if it is caught earlier and not let to get worse.

I came down with the flu and thought it was covid. I spent most of my week sick at work. They weren't just going to let me leave. I ended up calling in on my last day., Friday, before the weekend because it got bad. I called my boss and they told me to go get tested for Covid. I went to a clinic and got tested. My test came back negative. They tested me for Influenza. It came back positive. They told me to go home and rest. So I did. Today I'm much better.
