Now, tell me again how the Democrats are morally superior...

August 1, 2013
...
Radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh said that Ms. Fluke was a “slut” and “wants you and me and the taxpayers to pay her to have sex.” Seizing on the comments, the Democrats launched an election-year campaign to link Republicans with the conservative radio host in order to get more female votes. Never mind that the comments were repudiated by GOP leaders and had nothing to do with policymaking.

Now, Democrats are faced with one elected official, Mr. Filner, who admitted to sexually harassing his employees at City Hall, which is illegal. They have Eliot Spitzer, the former New York governor who admitted to using prostitutes and was caught trafficking one woman across state lines, running for New York City comptroller. Then there is Mr. Weiner, the pervert who can’t stop cheating on his wife, no matter what the consequences.

How has the party leadership reacted? Have they tried to defend women victimized by these predators? Have they spoken out that men who treat women like dirt should not be in public office? No. They hid out in their bunkers.

It would seem others have noticed as well.

In recent weeks, however, MSNBC ratings have slipped, and leaning forward may be a cause. MSNBC markets itself as a place for discussion and community. Yet when bombs explode at the Boston Marathon or unrest shatters Egypt, viewers want information first, and analysis — even solutions — later, if at all.

For the week ended July 7, MSNBC’s primetime programming captured 14% to 15% fewer viewers between the ages of 25 and 54 — the demographic coveted by sponsors of news programming — than a year earlier, according to Nielsen. In May, MSNBC , which usually plays second only to Fox News, saw its ratings fall behind those of CNN and HLN, too.

Found one....

Actor Matt Damon is a strong supporter of America's public schools. Just two years ago, the star spoke passionately about the importance of public schools at a Washington DC "Save our Schools" rally. In fact, the actor is so impressed with public school teachers that he has demanded they receive a pay raise. That passion and conviction, however, does not apply to Damon's own children, who will not be enrolled into the Los Angeles public school system.

In an interview with the Guardian published Saturday, Damon revealed that he had just moved to Los Angeles from New York, but that he didn't "have a choice" when it came to putting his four daughters into private schools. The multi-millionaire did say that it was "a major moral dilemma" and then made the bizarre excuse that the public schools aren't "progressive" enough.

but there is another word for this.... I think it begins with "H"

Bad week to be a liberal.

Mr. Obama wants to start a war over weapons of mass destruction.

Unions are dissing the Health Care Act, "fix it or repeal it".

The revolving door between the media and the White house is still going.

Hillary's campaign got hammered with allegations of more illegal cash.

And now Nature.com admits that the global warming predictions for the last twenty years only got it right three times out of 117.

And NONE of those stories were broke by Fox news.

bbbaaadddd week to be a liberal.

Q2: What does this mean for U.S.-Brazil relations?

A2: Rousseff’s cancellation of her state visit to the United States could have diplomatic, economic and geostrategic consequences. The high-stakes nature of state visits can hardly be overstated—and, until today, it appears no world leader has cancelled a planned state visit to the United States.

From what I have seen in other threads, they are still here, except they swoop into a thread, cuss Republicans, and then go back into hiding.

It would appear from the said behavior that they cannot defend their views, they can only "blame Conservatives" (note for the record: that word is NOT interchangeable with 'Republican/GOP") and spout off various talking points they've heard from the media, and NEVER cite facts and figures. If you challenge them, they simply never answer, which says all that needs said about the validity and credibility of them and their arguments.

Got a shovel because I can tell you where I want to put all the liberals. And can we add all the fake republicans who are just liberals with no backbone.

Maybe just "Politicians" in general?

I'm OK with that.

Maybe keep a few. Mike Lee, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz and another handful. The rest have no interest in the constitution, people's rights and personal responsibilty.
